The GTA series has always, if not relied upon, then certainly hugely profited from, controversy in their games. This happened even back in the 1st game when "running over a policeman" involved about 10 pixels changing from blue to red.
What's the betting this was a deliberate attempt to stir up some bonus controversy in the absense of anything else new and shocking about the game?
I'm not sure. The AO rating will gut their sales - most shops won't sell AO games. Otherwise, I'd agree.
